A note about the file types: The PowerPoint file includes the full template with “hints” (questions to help you get started). I chose PowerPoint because it most easily converts to PDF for a nice looking universe outline you can print or keep a digital version of. If you would prefer to fill it out another way or by hand, you can download the blank PDF version. Please note that the PDF version does not include the questions to help you come up with what to write, so you may still want to download the PowerPoint in order to get ideas.
